Combat sport training is a great way to keep active, get in shape and gain confidence.  We know, that sometimes when entering a gym environment and trying a predominantly “male sport” for the first time, it can be quite intimidating.  That is why at Aspire Combat Sports Academy we provide women’s only classes, run by our qualified and skilled female instructors that can introduce you to our MMA and fitness classes at a pace you feel comfortable with.

These classes are a great way to learn the fundamental techniques and improve fitness levels whilst having fun and making new friends.

And then, if or when you feel ready and wish to train in the mixed classes and teach the guys a thing or two, our BJJ, MMA and Kickboxing programmes are a great way to take your training to the next level.
